Privacy

Drisyon Sadhana is run by Brain O Vision Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. ("Drisyon"). This page explains what we keep about your Sadhana Kosha, and about you when you enquire about, buy a ticket for or enrol in a programme such as the Cloud Security Cohort, and why. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. When you create a Kosha you agree to this notice; we record the date and the version you agreed to. Sadhana Kosha is for people aged 18 or over.

What we keep

What you enter: name, handle, headline, city, bio, skills, evidence and practice sessions.
A one-way hash of your private edit key. We cannot see or recover the key itself.
A count of skill readings per Kosha, to enforce daily limits.
The date you agreed to this notice, its version, and your confirmation that you are 18 or over.
For cohort learners: which programme seat your Kosha belongs to, so your course director can help if you lose your edit link.

A Kosha does not ask for your email or phone number, and we use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Skill reading

When you press "Read my skills", the text you pasted is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to suggest skills. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed first. Anthropic processes the text outside India (in the United States) to answer, and does not use API data to train its models. The suggestions are stored against your Kosha so the same text is not sent twice.

Who can see your Kosha

A new Kosha is private: only you can open it. If you turn on "Show my Kosha publicly", anyone with your link can see your profile, skills and practice. Public pages are not offered to search engines. Turn it off at any time from your edit link.

Where it is stored

In a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database in Mumbai (ap-south-1), reachable only by our server.

Deleting your Kosha

Open your edit link and use "Delete my Kosha". It removes your profile, skills, practice log and stored skill readings at once. If you have lost your link, write to reachus@drisyon.com with your Kosha handle and we delete it within 7 days.

Programme enrolment and payments

Your role and what you want from the workshop (optional)	To shape the session and decide who to call first about the full cohort. An automated tool reads only these answers and your company name, never your name or contact details
Workshop ticket and attendance	To admit you, issue your certificate of participation and apply your workshop credit
Technical screen notes and lab progress	To place you in the cohort and support your learning

We do not receive your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles them under its own privacy policy.

Who processes it

Razorpay: payments and refunds.
Vercel: hosting of this website and its functions.
Supabase: the database (see above).
Anthropic: skill reading for your Kosha (see above).
TypeSafe: an AI service that reads your optional workshop answers (role, goal, company) to help us prioritise follow-up calls. It decides nothing on its own; our team makes every call.
Email, calendar and video-meeting providers we use to run sessions.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it with lab partners or certification vendors only when you need an account on their platform, and only the minimum needed for that account.

How long we keep it

A Kosha stays until you delete it. We keep enrolment and payment records for 8 years to meet tax and accounting law. We delete screen notes and lab-progress data 12 months after your cohort ends unless you ask us to keep them for a reference.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent for future use, or nominate someone to act for you. Records we must keep by law are retained until the legal period ends. Email reachus@drisyon.com with the subject "Data request"; we respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is limited to our server functions and named staff. Payment confirmations are checked with Razorpay's cryptographic signatures.
