Drisyon Sadhana

साधना · సాధన · Sadhana: dedicated practice, disciplined pursuit.

Learning as a continuous practice.

Practice.Progress.Mastery.

Keep your skills, the evidence behind them and every hour of practice in one living record: your Sadhana Kosha (कोश, a treasury). Share it with a mentor, an employer or yourself a year from now.

The four stages

Every skill climbs the same path.

No stars, no percentages. Each skill sits at the stage your evidence supports, and moves up as your practice shows it.

  1. STAGE 1AarambhStarting out. You know the basics and still need guidance.
  2. STAGE 2AbhyasPractising. You have used it on real work with some help.
  3. STAGE 3NipunSkilled. You work independently and solve problems with it.
  4. STAGE 4SiddhiMastery. You lead, design or teach it.

How it works

Ten minutes to start. A practice you keep.

Paste your experience

Your CV, projects or coursework. We read the skills it shows and the evidence for each, and suggest a stage. Contact details are removed before reading.

Confirm what is true

Keep, edit or drop each suggestion. Nothing is saved until you choose. Add anything we missed by hand.

Log your practice

Record each session: what you practised, for how long, with a link to the work. Your hours, streak and a 12-week practice map build up on your public Kosha.
